For restoration & CAT contractors

Stop losing O&P on every CAT job. Get a workflow that actually collects it.

Built for restoration contractors who coordinate trades and fight carrier-by-carrier for the 10 and 10 they're owed.

Building this now — add your email to shape what gets built and get first access when it's ready.

  • Track every open O&P claim by carrier, adjuster, and invoice — nothing falls through
  • Document your trade coordination in the format adjusters can't ignore or lowball
  • Know which carriers pay, which stall, and what arguments close the gap

Today

You finish the job, send the invoice, and then spend weeks chasing the same adjuster who already excluded O&P from the Xactimate estimate — re-explaining why coordinating six trades justifies the markup, carrier by carrier, with no record of what you said last time.

What it should be

Every O&P dispute has a paper trail, a status, and a documented position — so you're negotiating from evidence, not memory, and you stop leaving 10–20% of job revenue on the table.

We're building a purpose-built O&P recovery workflow for restoration contractors — the first tool designed around your side of this fight, not the adjuster's.

How it works

1

Log the job and the gap

Enter the carrier, adjuster, Xactimate estimate, and the O&P amount excluded — takes two minutes per job.

2

Build your position

Document the trades you coordinated and generate a carrier-ready O&P justification tied to the actual scope of work.

3

Track it to close

Follow each dispute through negotiation stages and build a carrier-by-carrier record of what works, what stalls, and what you've already been paid.

Honest answers

Is this a real product I can use today?
Not yet. This is a waitlist for something actively being designed — we're talking to contractors now to make sure we build it around how you actually work, not how we assume you do.
What happens after I sign up?
You'll get a short follow-up within a few days asking about your specific O&P workflow — your input shapes what gets built first. When early access opens, waitlist members get in first.
Who's behind this?
An independent builder who has been researching the O&P recovery problem specifically — not an adjuster platform, not an Xactimate reseller. No company name to show you yet, just the work.
We already have an estimator who handles this — why do we need a separate tool?
Estimators produce the Xactimate file. This is for everything that happens after the adjuster excludes O&P — the invoicing, the follow-up, the carrier-by-carrier negotiation log, and the evidence you need to actually get paid. Most estimators don't own that workflow and nothing else does either.
